Griffith Group is growing and looking for a Senior Consultant to add to our team. Reporting to Jane Griffith, the Senior Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process. The Senior Consultant will write candidate briefs and advertisements, manage candidate identification, and be the lead for all recruiting activity including conducting screening interviews. The Senior Consultant will also be asked to interact with clients on behalf of the firm, and to stand in as the lead contact when the Partner involved on the search is unavailable.  

As the ideal candidate you are a strong and sophisticated communicator, have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to show judgment and discretion in handling confidential information. Candidates must possess experience and comfort in ensuring recruitment practices are equitable and inclusive to all candidates, and particularly to equity seeking candidates. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree, and a masters level degree would be considered a strong asset.
