Founded by Jane Griffith, the Griffith Group provides exceptional executive search services to its clients. Focused on senior level recruitment in the broader public sector, our team has worked with executive-level candidates at non-profit, academic, and broader public organizations across Canada.

The Griffith Group is expanding, and we are looking for experienced search Partners and/or Principals to join our team. Working with Jane Griffith, Managing Partner and Founder, and a team of experienced and professional search staff, Partners/Principals are responsible for revenue generation and client and search management. We are seeking Partners/Principals across both private sector and public sector portfolios. 

Partners/Principals should hold a university degree, and a masters level degree would be considered a strong asset. Partners must have an established book of business, and Principals must have a partial book of business and be willing to support other Partners with search execution work as they grow their revenue streams. Candidates for either role must possess experience and comfort in ensuring recruitment practices are equitable and inclusive to all candidates, and particularly to equity seeking candidates. You also should be a strong and sophisticated communicator, have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to show judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
