Join the Griffith Group Team
Founded by Jane Griffith, the Griffith Group provides exceptional executive search services to its clients. Focused on senior level recruitment in the broader public sector, our team has worked with executive-level candidates at non-profit, academic, and broader public organizations across Canada.
The Griffith Group is expanding, and we are looking for experienced search Partners and/or Principals to join our team. Working with Jane Griffith, Managing Partner and Founder, and a team of experienced and professional search staff, Partners/Principals are responsible for revenue generation and client and search management. We are seeking Partners/Principals across both private sector and public sector portfolios.
Partners/Principals should hold a university degree, and a masters level degree would be considered a strong asset. Partners must have an established book of business, and Principals must have a partial book of business and be willing to support other Partners with search execution work as they grow their revenue streams. Candidates for either role must possess experience and comfort in ensuring recruitment practices are equitable and inclusive to all candidates, and particularly to equity seeking candidates. You also should be a strong and sophisticated communicator, have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to show judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
Equity, diversity and inclusion is paramount to the ethos of the Griffith Group. We have excellent culture that is team focused, innovative, and nimble balanced with a deep dedication to excellence and best in class service. Only candidates who excel in this type of culture, who will contribute to the collective success of the firm, and who will develop collaborative and respectful relationships with colleagues, candidates and clients will be considered for interviews.
To express interest in this opportunity please apply in confidence to Jane Griffith (email@example.com). We would like to thank all applicants, but regret that we are only able to personally contact those individuals who will proceed to interviews.
The Griffith Group is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion and recognizes that a diverse staff is essential to organizational excellence. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals and encourage women, members of racialized communities, Indigenous persons, persons with disabilities, and persons of any sexual orientation or gender identity to confidentially self-identify at time of application. In accordance with the provincial legislation, accommodation will be provided by the Griffith Group throughout the recruitment, selection and/or assessment process, upon request, to applicants with disabilities. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
